Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Dark & Light Cave. (Lunch, Dinner).
08:00 - 08:30: A limousine D-car will pick you up at your hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi, and depart from Tuan Chau Port (Halong) by the way.
11:30: Arrival at the pier. Process the check-in procedure and you will be transferred to cruise by tender. Enjoy your welcome drink while the cruise staff and safety instructions are introduced. Fresh seafood lunch will be served while you're admiring the beauty of Lan Ha Bay for rowing boat or kayaking in.
Afternoon: Visit Dark & Bright Cave where you can explore Lan Ha Bay in your own way by kayaking or swimming. Return to Cruise to enjoy the sunset and happy hour at the cruise’s bar.Take part in cooking class on the deck.
Optional: You can also request a relaxing massage after a long day of traveling
Night: Enjoy a delightful meal. Join in nightlife activities: squid fishing, singing, drinking cocktails or just relaxing in your room.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Viet Hai Village - Cat Ba Island. (Breakfast,Lunch, Dinner).
Morning: Start the second day in Lan Ha with a Tai Chi session
Note: Tai Chi class closes in the summer
Enjoy a buffet breakfast. Transfer from cruise to Viet Hai Village by tender, Cycle along the trails, through the vast stretches of rice fields, stop to rest, and visit ancient houses made from straw, mud, and bamboo. Have lunch at Viet Hai Village
Afternoon: Explore Van Boi Bay by kayak, visit the floating village and observe the life of people here. Return to cruise and enjoy the sunset.
Night: Enjoy a romantic dinner. Join in nightlife activities: squid fishing, singing, drinking cocktails, or just relaxing in your room.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay – Tuan Chau Port (Breakfast, Brunch).
Morning: Recharge the last day with a Tai Chi session.
Note: Tai Chi class closes in the summer
Breakfast is served at the restaurant. Get to Frog Pond Area for kayaking or swimming. Return the cruise, backpack, and process check out. Have lunch at the restaurant while the cruise back to the port.
Afternoon: 11.30 - 11.45: A shuttle bus pick you up from Tuan Chau port and heads back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi.

End of your trip.

What are the pick up and drop off time and location for our cruise?
The shuttle bus will pick you up at 08:00 - 08:30 hotels in Old Quarter and drop you off at 14:30 - 15:00 at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you stay outside of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Please come to our meeting point at our office: 31 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

Do I have to order in advance to be served Halal food on Cruise?
No, you don't have to order just inform the cruise before starting date so you will be served Halal during meals.

What document should I prepare for check in Cruise?
For the check-in procedure, you should bring your passport along to your pack.

For Group under 5 cabins:
More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 30 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
From 04 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress
Children from 05 - 12: Stay with parent 75% adult rate
Children under 05 stay with parents: FOC
Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02)
