Depart from Hanoi for a 2-day journey to Ba Be National Park, home to the serene Ba Be Lake. Explore the Nang River, Widow Island, Cam Village, and Tham Khit pathways. Visit An Ma Temple and immerse yourself in nature and local culture, guided by experts and welcomed by friendly communities
Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be Lake [L/D]
07:30 - 08:00: Picked up by Modern Comfortable Bus at Hotels in Hanoi center or Hanoi Old Quarter to start our adventure pack by driving in the direction of Ba Be National. Park for about 5 hours.
Have lunch on the way to the park.
Arriving at the Boc Lom pier, you will learn how to paddle a kayak on rivers, and take dry bags, sports equipment and life jackets…
Set off down the serene Nang River, exploring the vast Puong Cave by both boat and kayak, surrounded by impressive limestone formations. Navigate through rugged terrain and the striking "cat ear" cliffs before visiting Ba Be Lake's must-see spots, including the mystical Widow Island and the peaceful Cam Village. We can return to Ba Be Lake by motorboat. Swimming is available here
17.30: Getting to Ba Be Jungle Houses and enjoy your night with BBQ dinner.
Day 2: Jungle Hiking In Ba Be - Hanoi [B/L]
07:30 am: Start your day with breakfast at the homestay before setting off on a scenic trek through Ba Be National Park, beginning from the charming Bo Lu Village.
As you hike through the lush jungle, your guide will share fascinating insights about the local wildlife and unique plant species that make up Ba Be’s rich ecosystem. Follow the Tham Khit pathways to explore an ancient cave, then wander along the lake, taking in panoramic views from the ranger station’s animal observation huts. Continue your adventure with a 2-kilometer trek to An Ma Temple, a sacred Tay temple dedicated to mountain gods, lake gods, and legendary generals.
12:00: Have lunch. Going back to Hanoi, arrival Hanoi around 20.00pm on the same day. Tour ends.
